Shen Mo’s room was on the innermost side of the second floor, with a semi-circular balcony and an independent bathroom.

After entering the room, he went to take a shower first, while Bai Youwei began to place her things one by one around the room. By the time he came out from the shower, the room had already acquired a number of items with a feminine touch.

For example, there was a pair of pink fluffy slippers under the bed, skincare products and facial masks piled on the desk, and a plush stuffed bunny sitting on the balcony lounge chair.

“Are you done showering?” Bai Youwei asked cheerfully as she picked up her toiletries and squeezed into the rather small bathroom, towel, comb, toothbrush, hair ties, hair clips, shampoo, conditioner… everything set up.

The man’s eyes darkened a shade as he picked her up and walked to the large bed.

At dinner time, everyone gathered downstairs to eat.

A few playful companions tried to find some “suspicious marks” on Bai Youwei, but she had put on a set of autumn home clothes, with long sleeves and trousers that were tightly fitted, revealing nothing. Her face was full of sweet smiles though, with amorous glances in her eyes that could drown a person.

So they teasingly turned their attention to Shen Mo.

The man with the short ponytail teased, “You didn’t have to rush down for dinner, right? Such a short time wouldn’t be enough for a husband and wife reunion~”

The redhead laughed as well, saying to the muscular man beside her: “Mo is really strong, after coming out of the dungeon, all we knew was to take a shower and head straight to bed.”

The muscular man just chuckled without speaking, while the short ponytail man eagerly chimed in: “Mo did sleep, just not in the same way we do~”

As the jokes got more and more out of hand, Shen Mo was about to intervene when Bai Youwei beat him to it with a grin, “That’s not true at all, we just took a short nap. If he really slept, how could I have the energy to come downstairs for dinner?”

There was a few seconds of silence before the short ponytail man couldn’t help but laugh: “That makes sense~”

Everyone burst into laughter, dissolving the brief awkward moment.

The redhead spoke up: “Let’s introduce ourselves to each other. My name is Natasha, and I’m on the same team as Yuri. Last week, we accidentally met Mo who was looking for a team. Asian faces get a bit discriminated against over here, but Mo has exceeded all of our expectations.”

The buzz-cut muscular man next to her raised his hand briefly for a simple self-introduction: “I’m Yuri, responsible for the team’s strategy and cover work.”

The short ponytail man continued, “Just call me Ada. You wouldn’t remember my full name anyway, Augustus Ada Crowell. I used to be the main attacker of the team, but now, with Mo here, of course, we play second fiddle.”
