Super Gene Ⅱ: Evolution - Chapter 1194: 1194 Realm King Treasure
Chapter 1194: Chapter 1194 Realm King Treasure
“Realm God, open the entrance to the Treasure Vault,” Lin Shen ordered the Realm God.
The Realm God’s hands emitted Divine Light, which fell upon the altar, causing the grooves within the altar to illuminate.
The light only illuminated one-third of the grooves and could go no further; the remaining two-thirds of the grooves remained dark.
“Continue,” Lin Shen commanded.
The Realm God’s other four hands also emitted Divine Light, which fell upon the altar like the previous beams.
The grooves on the altar gradually lit up, and before long, all the grooves were illuminated, forming the character “Realm.”
“What should be done next? Why hasn’t the Treasure Vault opened?” Lin Shen saw that all the grooves on the altar were illuminated, yet the Treasure Vault remained closed. He regretted killing the Cloud Immortal too early.
“Is the energy insufficient?” Xiaona suggested.
Lin Shen urged the Realm God to exert its full power, yet the “Realm” marker nearly ignited, and the altar remained unresponsive.
At this moment, Lin Shen realized the problem. The Cloud Immortal had said that only the Three Realms Divine Skill could open the Treasure Vault, but what he practiced might not qualify as the genuine Three Realms Divine Skill, thus failing to open it.
Despite the Realm God’s full release of energy and attempts from various angles, the altar stood immovable. The material of the altar was unknown, as not even the Realm God’s full force could damage it.
Xiaona and Xiaoye were bewildered. Lin Shen had evidently mastered the Three Realms Divine Skill, which seemed even stronger than before reincarnation. Why couldn’t it open the Treasure Vault?
“Could the Cloud Immortal have lied? Is the method for opening the Treasure Vault not the Three Realms Divine Skill at all?” Xiaona speculated.
Xiaoye shook her head, “It should be opened with the Three Realms Divine Skill; otherwise, the mark on the altar wouldn’t be activated.”
“If that’s the case, why won’t it open?” Xiaona asked, puzzled.
“I don’t know what’s wrong,” Xiaoye admitted, unable to identify the issue’s cause.
“Let me try. I, too, have mastered the Three Realms Divine Skill—though mine differs slightly from yours. It might work,” Ouyang Yudu suggested.
“Alright,” Lin Shen stepped the Realm God back to make space for Ouyang Yudu.
Ouyang Yudu invoked his version of the Three Realms Divine Skill, creating waves on his jade umbrella before infusing them into the altar, causing its grooves to illuminate.
But once the grooves lit up one-third, they stopped, and nothing further happened.
“Looks like it’s not working. You should try as well,” Ouyang Yudu said to Wei Wufu and Di Esi.
After the two tried, they found their learned Three Realms Divine Skill could only light up one-third of the marker, even less than Lin Shen.
Lin Shen could at least illuminate the entire marker, although it wouldn’t open the Treasure Vault; they couldn’t even fully light the marker.
“Together,” Wei Wufu suggested, staring at the altar for a while before addressing Ouyang Yudu and Di Esi.
Immediately understanding, Ouyang and Di Esi stood at different corners of the altar and invoked the Three Realms Divine Skill.
The three different strengths entered the altar, causing the grooves to light up rapidly.
Xiaoye and Xiaona initially thought it impossible to open the vault even with combined strength and doubted the marker could fully light.
Yet soon, they were astonished to find the “Realm” marker entirely illuminated.
Then came the sound of cracking; the “Realm” character split open in the middle, and the altar divided in two, sliding slowly to the sides.
Quickly, beneath the separated altar, a stone staircase was revealed, descending deep underground with no visible end and uncertain depth.
Lin Shen was overjoyed; someone had opened it, and it didn’t matter who. Retrieving the treasure within was what mattered.
Lin Shen had the Realm God lead the way, with everyone following in single file.
The spiral-shaped staircase descended an unknown number of levels, leaving them dizzy, though crystalline stones provided light; it wasn’t dark.
They descended at least ten thousand meters underground, yet a slight breeze from holes beside the steps kept the air fresh and free from staleness.
They found no mechanisms, just a long spiral staircase.

Suddenly, the space opened up ahead, revealing a huge circular palace at the staircase’s end.
Around the circular palace were various stone platforms, each holding a crystal cover containing different objects.
Besides these, nothing else was present. The palace had no other levels or pathways; whether hidden passages existed was unknown, but they found none.
Using his Super Vision, Lin Shen confirmed no hidden passages existed, as nothing could escape his sight.
“Are the items within these crystal covers the Ancient Realm King’s treasure? Why so few?” Ouyang Yudu questioned.
There were twelve stone platforms like the points on a clock, each holding one item—just twelve in total.
For Ancient Realm King’s treasure, it seemed scant.
Moreover, three items resembled coffin-shaped boxes, presumably The Final Mercy of All Gods mentioned by the Cloud Immortal.
“I thought The Three Treasure Chests would resemble gem boxes. Why are they shaped like this? Quite ominous,” Lin Shen pondered aloud.
He assumed the boxes previously obtained from Xiaoye and Xiaona would, if not the real Three Treasure Chests, resemble similar items.
Unexpectedly, the actual Three Treasure Chests were thus shaped, more like three Yin Chen Wood coffins, though smaller, the size of drawers.
Besides the three treasure chests, other items within the crystal covers included books, swords, bottles, tripods, furnaces, guns, watches, beds, and clothing.
The book was a copy of “Realm King Chronicles,” the sword was a short sword in a sheath, all-black with various gemstones set in it.
The bottle, a small porcelain flask palm-sized, sealed with wood and wrapped in red cloth; its contents unknown.
The tripod was a stone-carved small vessel holding a clear liquid.
The furnace, a three-legged copper furnace adorned with mysterious symbols, emitted white mist resembling a mini smoke dragon flowing like water around the furnace, continually circulating without dispersing.
The gun was a tiny, less-than-hand-sized miniature handgun with an unknown significance.
The watch looked familiar to Lin Shen, identical to his mechanical wristwatch, possibly similar or from the same batch.
The bed was a Jade Crystal Bed, exuding a smoky aura, akin to an Immortal’s resting place.
The clothing seemed ancient, bizarre in style, unfamiliar to all.
