The Goddess Made A Mistake Again - Chapter 417: 417 - Oricon's Stupid Reason
Chapter 417: Chapter 417 – Oricon’s Stupid Reason
Seman’s face turned to a frown, “Oricon… do you still think that you have the advantageous?”
“Still think?” Oricon laughed almost hysterically, his cackle playing through the dark cells.
“OF COURSE I DO!” He screamed with a crazy laugh, “I have the bigger army, I have the timing and I have my son… well, it’s not like you don’t have one, you do.”
“He’s just grown two large scrumptious-”
“ORICON!” Seman yelled, banging on the cell hardly.
“Bang!”
Oricon barely moved from that action, his smile only widening, “If that’s how you feel when I just talk about her… I can only dream of how you’ll feel when my son has her under his arms.”
“Frankly, I don’t think that’s possible.” The two leaders turn to Henry.
I put a hand on my chin and say thoughtfully, “With the height and body difference, it may seem like its Margaret’s who’s being forceful on your son.”
Oricon didn’t laugh at that. His smile washing away, “And which bastard are you that’s so atrocious enough to barge in two great leader’s conversation?”
‘I don’t know about great, but you two certainly are some leaders.’
I smile wickedly and bow formally to the guy, “Name’s Henry and you are correct, I am an atrocious bastard, of none other than Agrave Van Tax.”
Oricon’s face had a recognition, “Agrave Van… no wonder you’re so appalling. You already dread like a Tax… but are you really his son?” He looked me up and down, “You certainly don’t have his face, hair or his height… you sure you aren’t just a bastard that was strung up on his lap?”
“Believe me, I think about that every day when I see myself in the mirror.” I say, not fazed one bit, “But the blood in me is as much as red as my father’s and the same goes for here too.” I point to my brain.
“You talk almost like him, but he was much shrewder.” Oricon continued the conversation as if we were having tea not bordered by prison cells, “Now why the fuck is a Tax doing with a Religias of all people?”
“It may be late but let’s reintroduce.” I smile and gesture to Seman, “Meet Seman Gallacon, the one who captured your arrogant ass and is currently my Father-in-law.”
‘Currently?’ Seman glanced at Henry.
‘Father-in-law?’ Oricon felt puzzled by the reveal. But then he suddenly remembered a distant memory that shocked him.
“You… you actually went with it?” Oricon who looked shocked, immediately burst out laughing, “To think you would even sell your daughter to the devil… Haha, truly Seman… truly you surpassed my expectations!”
Seman let him laugh a bit before he told me, “What is the idea you had again… it would be best to put it to use.”
“Let me start, my lord.” I say and turn to Oricon who slowly ended his laughter, “Mr. Oricon, may I know your last name?”
“I have none.”
“Oh, yes!” I slap my palm, “You’re a nameless bastard, aren’t you? People that are breaded between worthless people and don’t even get a last name.”
“…”
“You know you call me a bastard, but in actuality, you are a pitiful one.” I point to him, “You, who doesn’t even get to have a last name while I get his name and reputation… well at least you were able to get so far so that’s an accomplishment, right?” I nod at Calvin.
The guy instantly played with me and laughed, “Yeah, being able to call himself the Bandit King… but even then, he ended up right where he should have been from the start, in a prison Hahaha!”
Calvin’s laughter annoyed Oricon greatly and he looked quite angrily at him, “Just get on with it! Don’t waste my fucking time listening to you arseholes jibber jabber.”
“Don’t worry, Oricon.” I say, my voice light, “It’s just harmless jabbing, it happens between friends.”
“We’re not friends, you brat! If anything, you are a worthless slop of meat who’s going to die brutally under my hands one day.”
“Well since you put the label between us, don’t you complain now that I change my strategy too.” I say while pointing to the guard’s chair.
The guard understood and slid it to me as I sit down before the cell, “Alright, first question, what’s your name again?… oh it’s Oricon, no last name. Let me just click that in the mind.”
“Grrr!”
“Okay… next question, how many soldiers do you have now?”
“Didn’t I already say it, 50 thousand.” Oricon said and smiled, “Since you’re asking that again, I believe you know the truth now. All of you are going to die brutally-”
“Next questions!” I abruptly stop him, “Since you have so many fucking soldiers… why did you get yourself caught?”
“Hm?” A few captains looked enquiringly at me and Oricon became quiet before mumbling, “What are you talking about?”
“Oh come on, Oricon! Don’t tease me now. Aren’t you all about power and kill us and all that nonsense?” I tell him, “I understand your play and why you let yourself get captured, but I still want to hear it from you.”
“What is he talking about commander?” A captain whispered to Seman’s ears who remained quiet and just looked at Oricon’s quiet look.
“Stop wasting my ti-”
“Bang!”
I hit the cell hard, suddenly shaking the place and scaring everyone, “You Stop Wasting Mine, You Waste Of Oxygen!”
My scream shook the guy and he backed away unconsciously before realizing.

‘What? Why did I get away?’ Oricon looked at Henry, ‘I got scared by him? That can’t be. He’s just a big block of muscles and power… and…’
“Well since your obviously too tongue tied to talk, let me make it easier for you, your disgusting majesty!”
“You have a big force with 50 thousand fucking troops, we get that!” I say, “But just because you have those troops, it doesn’t mean that you can actually do anything with them.”
Oricon’s eyes widen.
“You may have power, but that power is divided by people who are not willing to follow your creed any longer now.” I smile as I see his face break, “Your own people are breaking up slowly and your losing control over them.”
“It’s a shame. To gain so much power after such long and enduring struggle, only to lost it to kids who don’t listen to their law abiding elders, huh.” I almost laugh out loud at that, “That’s why you did this stupid thing.”
I inch closer to him as g=he grind his teeth before me, “You understood that by only letting yourself get captured by Religias men, will your own men finally come under one banner and fight together for glory.”
“And the added bonus was that your son gets to become the next king.” I lean back, “But I wonder if he’ll actually save his loving father or not.”
“Oh, he will… that child may be fucked up, but he’s still mine.” Oricon said with certainty, “He will come for me within a month’s end.”
“Good!” I get up, “We got the date now guys. I suppose you are no use to us anymore.”
Oricon, who was quite angry just a moment ago, now felt flustered, “Wa- Wait! What do you mean by that?”
“You can kill him if you want, Lord Seman.”
“What?” Seman asked, flustered himself.
“He’s son is going to come after one month anyway. There’s no point in letting this waste live for that long. We might as well do ourselves a favor and off him right now.”
“Wait- Wait, Seman!” Oricon called Seman, “You won’t do that right? I know you, you’re too forgiving to act like that.”
Oricon’s face slowly paled as he saw Seman’s thoughtful look.
