She turned her head, as if looking back at Su Jingzhen through the crumbling spatial passage.

“Farewell, you brat,” she murmured, her eyes filled with tenderness.

Every scale on her body radiated a dazzling blue-white light. 

Surrounded by multicolored brilliance, she appeared sacred and majestic. An indomitable fighting spirit surged out from her.

Noticing Bai Suzhen’s change, Li Lingxi asked urgently, “What are you doing?”

Bai Suzhen remained calm. “Your Heavenly Emperor’s Seal is powerful, but its protection is spread too thin. Since this tribulation is partly mine, I should face it myself. I’ve reached heights I never imagined. I have no regrets. I hope you survive.”

With these words, Bai Suzhen’s massive snake form shot forward, breaking free from the seal’s protection. 

A blinding blue-white beam of light erupted from her head – the Chaos Calamity Light of an Immortal King. It shattered the golden sword qi upon contact.

“Incredible! The legendary Chaos Celestial Serpent can withstand an Immortal Emperor-level Five Elemental Tribulation with her Immortal King strength. But it’s futile.”

Above them was a dark, mysterious tower, blocking the incoming sword qi.
